lamb w/ kumquats for high holidays

  1. Looks yummy but it's hard to read --
    1/4 or 1/2 cup orange liqueur?
    3.5 pounds lamb shoulder?
    Since I cook alot I guess I can figure out the seasoned flour proportions; I'm assuming dried thyme and rosemary... I'm thinking of making this for Rosh Hashanah dinner for guests. hmm-- should I take the chance? Joan
